Caregiver4me does not offer VoIP 9-1-1 service. The Device cannot place calls to 9-1-1 and is limited to calling pre-configured emergency contacts only. Customers are notified of this limitation in writing at the time of activation.

A：The smartwatch continuously tracks metrics such as heart rate, blood pressure, oxygen level, motion/activity, and GPS location. It communicates with the Caregiver4me app (via SIM) to upload data, and triggers call alerts (e.g. SOS, fall) to emergency contacts when needed.
A: Subscriptions include full access to all health tracking and call alert functions, data sync via cellular data, emergency SOS / fall alerts with GPS location, and remote monitoring by caregivers. The Caregiver 4 Me app is free under all plans.
A: Yes - Only those with security authorization such as health providers, caregivers or family members may share access to the same watch data via the app (viewing vitals, location, alerts).
A: Yes. The Caregiver4Me smartwatch requires network connectivity to transmit health data, GPS location, and emergency alerts in real time. This is achieved through a built-in cellular (SIM) data plan. You don’t need to sign up separately with a mobile carrier or manage any outside accounts - we handle all of that for you. When you activate your watch, our team sets up the SIM and data plan as part of your membership. Everything is managed under one account, one payment, and one customer-service team, so there are no surprises or hidden fees. We make it completely seamless and ready to use right out of the box.
